Whitening for Smiles

Alliance for Smiles is an international service project with a mission to repair children’s broken smiles. AfS provides free comprehensive treatment for cleft lip and cleft palate deformities in under-served areas of the world and also establishes treatment centers for the continuing care of children afflicted with cleft conditions.

Every 3 minutes, a child is born with a cleft condition!

For a limited time, Dr. Wanlan Xiao will be providing free at-home teeth whitening treatment for a tax-deductible donation to AfS. This procedure is normally valued at $450 but we ask for any donations above $100.
